In this article I want to give you a clever tool that I`ve use in the last 12 months for invoice tracking, free, no email sign-up or page like required.
Why do I need such a thing?
If you are a freelancer or small business owner (like me) you probably send out lots of invoices (hopefully). In my case things are a bit more complicated because I send out invoices from different companies, and I need to track them.
This is why I created this simple invoice tracker. Let me show you how it works.
Data entry
All the invoice info goes into a simple Excel table, see bellow.
Reports
Starting from that table we’ll build some simple reports using Excel Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
